About Dhaka Cleaners
Who Dhaka Cleaners are, how we plan and carry out each job, how our team learns the work, and the values behind our cleaning across Dhaka.
Who we are
Dhaka Cleaners is a professional cleaning company working in homes, offices and businesses across Dhaka. Our approach is simple: a cleaning visit should leave a place properly clean, be priced honestly, and be carried out by people you are comfortable having in your home or workplace. Our teams bring more than 15 years of experience to everything from a one-bedroom flat to a busy office floor or a restaurant kitchen.
How we work
Every job begins with a conversation. You tell us about the property, the areas that need attention and any particular problems, such as kitchen grease, mould or hard-water stains, ideally with a few photos. For larger or unusual jobs we may suggest a short site visit. We then confirm the scope, the team size, the likely duration and the price before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the day.
When the team arrives, the team leader walks through the property with you, agrees priorities and notes anything delicate. The team works to a checklist for the service you have booked, and the team leader checks the finished work with you before leaving. If something has been missed, we would much rather hear about it straight away and put it right.
Our team and training
Cleaning well is a skill. New cleaners learn on the job alongside experienced colleagues before they take on work of their own. That covers the right method and product for each surface, safe handling and dilution of cleaning chemicals, and how to use machines such as vacuums, extraction machines and floor scrubbers. Specialised work, including sofa and carpet shampooing, kitchen hood degreasing, water tank cleaning and pest control, is carried out by team members who have been shown how to do it safely. We also expect everyone on the team to be punctual, courteous and respectful of your home, your privacy and your belongings.
Safety, products and equipment
Our teams usually arrive with their own equipment and cleaning materials, so there is nothing for you to buy. We choose the mildest product that will do the job, keep rooms ventilated while we work, and keep chemicals out of reach of children and pets. If anyone at home has allergies or asthma, or you have surfaces such as marble, wood or delicate fabrics, tell us in advance and we will plan around them. Pest control treatments come with clear instructions on how long to keep people and pets away from treated areas.
Where we work
We work across Dhaka city, including Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Uttara, Dhanmondi, Mohammadpur, Mirpur, Bashundhara, Badda, Tejgaon, Motijheel and Old Dhaka, as well as nearby areas such as Savar, Keraniganj and Tongi. Each part of the city brings its own practical challenges, from lift bookings and security checks in high-rise buildings to limited parking and narrow lanes in older neighbourhoods, and we plan every visit with those in mind. You can find your neighbourhood on our areas page.
What we value
- Honest pricing. We explain what affects the price and confirm it before we start. Any extra work is agreed with you first.
- Doing the job properly. We would rather take a little longer than leave a corner half done.
- Respect. Your home and workplace are treated with care, and your personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.
- Clear communication. We keep you informed about who is coming, when they will arrive and what they will do.
