When you use our quote, contact or price estimator forms, we may collect:

your name, phone number and, if you provide it, your email address;
your area or address and the type of property;
details of the cleaning you need, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add;
photos you choose to upload of the areas to be cleaned;
the estimate shown to you, if you used the price estimator.

When a form is submitted, we also record basic technical information: the page you sent it from, your IP address, your browser type and, where present, the campaign details in the link you followed. This helps us block spam and understand which pages and adverts are useful.

If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or write to us on Facebook Messenger, we receive the details you share in that conversation. Those services are run by other companies, and their own privacy policies also apply.

How we use your information

to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation;
to schedule, carry out and follow up on the cleaning work;
to contact you about your booking, including reminders and changes;
to handle feedback, complaints and requests to re-clean;
to keep business and accounting records;

Photos you upload

Photos help us understand the size and condition of a job so that we can quote accurately. They are stored privately, are not published on the website, and can only be viewed by authorised staff. Where you can, please avoid including people, documents or other personal items in your photos. We will only use a photo of your property on our website or social media if you have given us permission.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only as far as needed to deliver the service: with the team members assigned to your job, and with the companies that provide our website hosting, email and messaging services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our customers, staff or business from harm.

Cookies and analytics

The public pages of this website do not need cookies to work. If we use analytics or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and how well our adverts perform, those tools may set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit, your device type and your approximate location. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. A separate cookie is used only in the staff admin area to keep authorised users signed in.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to respond to you, deliver the service and deal with any follow-up, and then for a reasonable period for customer service, accounting and legal purposes. Photos are kept only while they are useful for quoting and carrying out the job. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Enquiries and uploaded photos are kept in a restricted area that only authorised staff can open with their own login. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as bank card details or passwords through our forms.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we no longer need to keep it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.

Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
