Dhaka Cleaners
Long-term cleaning contracts for offices, bank branches, showrooms, schools, clinics, factories and residential buildings, with a written scope and supervision.
Contract cleaning is a formal, long-term arrangement in which we take responsibility for cleaning your premises to a written scope of work. Instead of booking one-off jobs, you agree what must be cleaned, how often, at what times and to what standard, and our team delivers it every day, week or month under supervision. It is aimed at organisations in Dhaka that need dependable cleaning without managing it themselves: corporate offices, bank branches, showrooms, schools, clinics and diagnostic centres, factories and warehouses, and residential building committees responsible for lobbies, stairs and car parks.
Every contract starts with a site survey. We walk through your premises with the person responsible for facilities, noting floor types, traffic patterns, the number of washrooms and pantries, working hours and any areas with special requirements, and then prepare a scope of work. The scope lists daily, weekly and monthly tasks, as well as periodic work such as floor scrubbing, carpet shampooing or glass cleaning. It also sets out cleaning times, team size, supervision arrangements and who supplies consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap and bin liners.
A contract is only as good as its day-to-day delivery. A supervisor visits the site to check work against the scope, and a single named contact handles your requests and complaints. Where you want them, we use simple inspection checklists and regular review meetings to discuss what is working and what needs to change. If a cleaner is on leave or unwell, cover is arranged so the agreed tasks continue, in line with the terms of the contract.
Cleaning a bank branch before opening is very different from keeping a factory canteen clean between shifts, so every scope is written for the site in question. Offices usually need desks, floors, pantries and washrooms cleaned outside working hours. Showrooms need glass and floors spotless before opening. Schools need classrooms, toilets and corridors cleaned between shifts and deep-cleaned during holidays. Clinics need public and administrative areas cleaned in step with their infection-control rules. Residential buildings need lobbies, lifts, stairs and car parks kept presentable for residents and visitors.
A contract gives predictable costs, a clear standard and one accountable provider. It removes the work of recruiting, training, equipping and supervising individual cleaners, and makes it easier to plan periodic deep cleaning in advance rather than reacting once a space has become neglected. The contract length, notice period, billing cycle and review dates are agreed in writing before work starts.
In contract cleaning, we are responsible for delivering the agreed results using our own methods, equipment and supervision. If you would rather direct cleaning staff yourself throughout the day, our cleaner supply service places trained cleaners on your site under your day-to-day direction. For smaller premises that need occasional visits rather than a formal contract, regular cleaning or one-off office cleaning may be enough. Larger commercial premises often combine a contract with specialist commercial cleaning work.

We meet with you periodically to review standards, adjust the scope and plan deep cleaning.
A single contract and named contact covers daily cleaning, periodic deep cleaning and any complaints.
Tasks, frequencies and cleaning times are set out clearly, so everyone knows what to expect and what to check.
Agreed, usually monthly, billing makes cleaning costs easier to plan than a series of one-off jobs.
Supervisor visits and inspection checklists help keep standards consistent over months, not just in the first week.
Leave and absence are covered according to the contract, so the agreed work continues.
Floor care, glass and carpet work are scheduled in advance instead of waiting for problems to appear.
Depending on the site, contract teams work with commercial vacuum cleaners, flat-mop systems, colour-coded cloths and buckets that keep washroom and kitchen cleaning separate, and scrubber-driers or polishing machines for periodic floor care. We use pH-neutral floor cleaners, washroom descalers, disinfectants and glass cleaners suited to each surface, and can follow a client's approved product list. Products are kept in a secure store on site, and wet areas are signposted to protect staff, visitors, children and pets.
How long it takes: Daily cleaning hours are set in the contract. A new site can usually be mobilised within a few days of signing, depending on its size and staffing needs.
Office contracts usually combine daily cleaning outside working hours with scheduled periodic work. Daily tasks cover workstations, floors, pantries, washrooms, meeting rooms and reception; weekly tasks cover glass partitions, chair bases and skirting; and carpet shampooing or floor scrubbing is planned monthly or quarterly. For offices over several floors or branches, one scope can cover every location with a single reporting line. Cleaners follow your building's access rules and sign-in procedures, and respect any clean-desk policy covering confidential documents.
Bank branches need cleaning that fits strict security rules and opening times. Contracts usually schedule the main clean before the branch opens, with staff present for access, plus a lighter touch-up of the banking hall, washrooms and ATM booth during the day where required. Cleaners work only in the areas the branch approves and never handle cash, documents or equipment. For banks with several branches in Dhaka, a single contract can standardise the scope and reporting across all of them.
Showroom contracts focus on what customers notice: glass fronts, display units, mirrors, floors and fitting rooms, cleaned before opening every day. Periodic floor polishing and deep cleaning of stockrooms are built into the schedule and timed around sales periods and the festival rush, when footfall is highest. For brands with several outlets, one scope keeps standards consistent in every showroom. Products are chosen to suit display fixtures, mirrors and flooring finishes.
School contracts are built around the academic calendar. During term, classrooms, corridors, toilets and staff rooms are cleaned after classes or between morning and day shifts, with toilets checked again during the school day if required. Holidays are used for deeper work such as scrubbing floors and washing walls and furniture. Cleaners assigned to schools are briefed on conduct around children, including where they may and may not go while pupils are present.
For hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres, contracts usually cover non-clinical and public areas: reception, waiting areas, corridors, lifts, offices, staff rooms and public washrooms, cleaned at intervals throughout the day. Teams follow your infection-control procedures, colour-coding rules and product requirements, and work around patient flow. Clinical areas, operating theatres and the handling of medical waste need specialist staff under the facility's direct control, so we agree the boundaries of our scope clearly before starting.
Factory and warehouse contracts cover canteens, toilet blocks, offices, corridors and housekeeping on production floors, often across more than one shift. In garment and textile units, fabric lint and dust build up quickly and need frequent sweeping. Toilets and canteens used by a large workforce need cleaning several times a day. We plan staffing around your shift pattern and weekly holiday, and can keep dated cleaning logs to support buyer, compliance or internal audits.
For apartment buildings, contract cleaning is arranged with the building committee or management and covers shared areas rather than individual flats: the ground-floor lobby, lifts, staircases and landings, car park, driveway, rooftop and the area around the main gate. A typical scope combines daily sweeping and mopping with weekly lift and glass cleaning and periodic deep cleaning of the car park and stairwells. Residents get one agreed standard and one point of contact instead of informal arrangements.
Contract cleaning is quoted after a site survey rather than from a fixed rate, because every site is different. The main factors are the size and layout of the premises, the number of washrooms and pantries, how many cleaners and hours are needed each day, whether cleaning must happen outside business hours, and how often periodic work such as floor polishing or glass cleaning is required. Whether we supply consumables, and the length of the contract, also affect the price.
For one-off jobs our online price estimator gives a rough range; for a contract, a free site survey and written proposal confirm the final monthly price.
