Floor Scrubbing & Polishing Service in Badda, Dhaka

Badda stretches along Progoti Sarani to the east of Gulshan and is one of Dhaka's busy mixed neighbourhoods. Dense apartment buildings stand beside shops, small offices, restaurants and garment-related businesses, with Merul Badda, Middle Badda, East Badda and Aftabnagar making up its wider area. Dhaka Cleaners cleans homes and workplaces across Badda, from single-bathroom rentals to multi-floor commercial units, with the scope and price agreed before work begins.

Badda is a mixed residential and commercial area, so a single road can hold family flats, offices, shops and places to eat. Common property types here include apartments, offices, shops and restaurants. That variety changes what floor scrubbing & polishing involves from one address to the next: homes usually want daytime visits with the family present, while businesses often need early-morning or after-hours work. Tell us which applies to you and we will plan the team and timing to suit.

Property types in Badda and what they need

• Apartments and flats (the main property type here): In apartments, polishing is usually booked for the living and dining area, the main corridor and any bedrooms with marble or high-gloss tiles.
• Offices (common here): In offices, floors wear along predictable routes: entrance to reception, lift lobby to workstations, and around pantries and meeting rooms.
• Shops and showrooms (common here): In shops and showrooms, the floor affects how products look under display lighting. Glossy tile, marble and granite quickly show dull patches at the entrance, near fitting rooms and around the cash counter.

Predominantly mid-rise apartment buildings, many of them rented, with ground-floor shops and small offices. Restaurants, schools and garment-related businesses are spread through the area.

Street dust from heavy traffic coats windows, grilles and furniture quickly. Compact kitchens build up grease, lower-floor flats can suffer damp and mould in the rainy season, and older buildings often need cockroach control and water tank cleaning.

• Problem diagnosed first. We look at what caused the dirt, stain or build-up before choosing a method.
• Drying and curing times explained. You know when the item or area can be used again.
• Combine with other work. Specialist jobs can be booked alongside deep or regular cleaning in the same visit.
• Tidy working. Residue, water and waste are contained and cleared away before the team leaves.

Equipment: The main tool is a slow-speed single-disc rotary machine fitted with scrubbing and polishing pads chosen for your floor, backed by a wet vacuum that lifts dirty slurry straight away.

As a guide, floor scrubbing & polishing starts from ৳ 15 per sq ft; larger, heavily soiled or hard-to-reach jobs cost more. Send a few photos and we will confirm the price for your property in Badda.
